Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract.

Course access period

Enrolled learners receive 12 months online access from the enrolment date unless otherwise stated on the course page.

Intellectual property

All course videos, text, graphics and downloads are © October Communications Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, share, adapt or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials.

  • Circumvent access controls.

  • Upload malicious code.

  • Engage in plagiarism or submit AI‑generated work without disclosure.

Professional disclaimer

All content is provided for educational purposes only. Implementation of any advice is at your own risk and Cubisly shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of the materials.

Limitation of liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded under law, Cubisly’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to terms

The Effective Date appears at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
